| 4/24/10 The Canadians and Sabres fight off elimination while the Redwings and Canucks take a 3-2 series lead. After blowing a two goal lead in the third period in game four the Buffalo Sabres were able to close out the game yesterday. Miller only gave up a goal while the Sabres put up four. The series moves back to Boston on Sunday where the Sabres will be in a do or die situation again. The Canadians were also able to force a game six with with goals in the first they were able hold off 37 Washington shots and Halak would only let one by his goal crease. The Canucks and Redwings would dominate play in game five and will both look to close out the series in game six. |
